For years, people told me to start a podcast. I lovingly declined. Repeatedly.

Storytelling through film, television, and writing felt like plenty, until I started noticing something - un detalle - that felt worthy of exploring:

the many ways we hand over our agency in tiny, unconscious micro-decisions, like what success should look like, what healing is supposed to be and what kind of support is acceptable.

I continue to bring awareness to and untangle from those patterns in my own life. And I’ve walked beside many others as they did the same, reclaiming sovereignty, purging the malware.

But this collective pattern started circling back with the rise of artificial intelligence. We weren’t just using tools and embracing the possibilities. So many were beginning to trust the tech more than they trusted themselves.

Deferring authority.

It sounded way too familiar. So I got curious.
